LOLI BUILDING

Loli Building is located on the corner of two main streets of Addis Ababa on a total land area of 3,563 square meter, total building area of 28,961 square meter, commerial complex floor area of 14,247 square meter and residential and offices floor area of 14,714 square meter. It forms an integral part of a larger development area promoted by the Municipality. The building is a commercial, residential and office building consisting of three underground levels for car parking with a shopping center in the groubnd, first and second floors.

Two towers emerge to form the third to eighth floors. Tower one, has 30 offices while tower two has 30 apartments of 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms. The nineth floor is for VIP accommodation.
